$EURUSD- Range trade when?

Currently we are 1.1074 in a nice range. Two scenarios: Bullish: a move to the 0.214 Fibo@ 1.1390 area Bearish: A break down here to the 0.786 Fibo @1.0965. When is the question! The average daily true range (ATR) for the pair currently is 131 pips.
